NOTE: It is the responsibility of the account holder to ensure that all order details (date, time & service location) are correct.

FINAL NUMBERS & PAYMENT
Final numbers for your event are required a minimum of 5 business days in advance and 10 business days for staffed events. If you wish to increase your booking within this period, we will endeavour to cater for the increase in numbers, which will be charged accordingly. However, we do not provide refunds for any drop-in attendees at your event.
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS & ALLERGERNS
“Everything But The Guests” take dietary allergies and requirements very seriously (nut allergies, coeliac disease, gluten intolerance and religious restrictions e.g. Halal/Hindu etc) as well as lifestyle choices (Vegetarian and Veganism). At “Everything But The Guests” we always have and always will do everything in our power to cater to your specialised requirements. Unfortunately, we cannot always give 100% guarantee of allergens contained in our ingredients (as these items may have been processed on equipment, without our knowledge that has been exposed to your particular allergen). Ideally, your requirements should be disclosed at the time of booking but can be disclosed to our Chef up to one week prior to event to allow menu adjustments. If, however, attending guests inform “Everything But The Guests” of their previously undisclosed requirements we reserve the right to not cater to their needs due to lack of notice.
DEPOSITS & INVOICING
“Everything But The Guests” reserve the right to request a minimum of a 10% deposit on booking confirmation and full payment as detailed above. Failure to comply with this condition will incur a surcharge of $50 per day.
